Why did I not receive my activation code?
- First, check your inbox. Try searching for an email from a "Harbor" email address.
- If it is not in your inbox, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
- Make sure you're checking the correct email account - The activation code email will go to the email address used to sign up for Harbor.
If you can't find the email, follow these steps:
- Resend Activation Code - Please click the "Resend activation code" button on the activate Harbor account page.
- If you still can't find the activation email, please contact our support team.
