Why did I not receive my activation code?

  1. First, check your inbox. Try searching for an email from a "Harbor" email address.
  2. If it is not in your inbox, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
  3. Make sure you're checking the correct email account - The activation code email will go to the email address used to sign up for Harbor.

If you can't find the email, follow these steps: 

  • Resend Activation Code - Please click the "Resend activation code" button on the activate Harbor account page. 
  • If you still can't find the activation email, please contact our support team.
