Why did my accredited investor verification fail?

Harbor may not be able to verify your accredited investor status for a number of different reasons, including: 

  • Failure to provide appropriate documentation. 
  • Your income or net assets do not meet the definition of “accredited investor” per U.S. standards. 
  • Inadequate/incorrect documentation of income. 
  • Documents are expired or outside of allowed date requirements.
